How does your mail merge function work?
HHS uses the well known Crystal Reports to manage its mail merge. CWK Technology has created a mail merge for you. No more tampering with extra steps to create a mail merge, HHS has this available with the click of a button. If you feel more comfortable using the export feature for mail merge, you are more than welcome to do so, as HHS provides this function as well.
